Milica Savić
Milica is responsible for the administrative, operational, and HR management of the agency. She oversees internal organization, documentation, scheduling, and cross-team communication, as well as recruitment, onboarding, and employee support processes.

Her calmness and sense of structure set the rhythm of every day in the company. She ensures that everything runs smoothly and on time — from people and paperwork to plans and decisions.

Luka Tudurija
Luka leads the sales department and manages client relations. He is responsible for improving sales processes, developing new partnerships, and achieving the company’s sales goals.

Uroš Bijelić
Uroš creates the visual identity of campaigns and leads the creative production of content — from graphic design and photography to editing and video formats. He is responsible for concept development, brand aesthetics, and production aligned with the strategy of the entire SMM department.

Calm, focused, and deeply committed to aesthetics, Uroš is the person who draws emotion out of every frame. His work is recognizable by its attention to detail and visual precision — whether it's the dynamic flow of a Reel or the soft tone of a photograph.

In most campaigns, Uroš is the man behind the camera — the one who holds the frame, sets the pace, and prepares the scene for Jovana. His voice occasionally appears in UGC videos, as a small “cameo” that brings warmth and humor. When needed, he’ll step in front of the camera as well, supporting Jovana and expanding the storyline of the campaign, because together they create content that feels natural, lively, and authentic.

The team values his organization and perfectionism, knowing that every visual, every frame, and every transition has purpose. In his free time, he explores new formats, tests creative styles, and always searches for the frame that tells a story — not just captures an image.

Jovana leads the SMM department and manages the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns. She is responsible for content strategy, client communication, shoot organization, and the overall workflow of SMM projects.

Her energy, spontaneity, and creativity set the rhythm of every campaign. She blends aesthetics with content dynamics, making brands feel alive and present — from the first story to the final frame.

Jovana is the person who confidently steps in front of the camera, guides voice-over sessions, and participates in UGC video formats, bringing authenticity and a natural flow of communication that audiences instantly connect with.

Emilija coordinates the work on web projects and client SEO strategies. She is responsible for the development, optimization, and technical implementation of web solutions, as well as aligning SEO activities with client goals and advertising campaigns.
