Jovana leads the SMM department and manages the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns. She is responsible for content strategy, client communication, shoot organization, and the overall workflow of SMM projects.

Creative Content Lead

Ana shapes how brands look and feel through content. She leads the entire creative production process — from idea development and visual direction to final editing and formats that perform across social media.

Ana’s role is not just to make content visually appealing, but to give it meaning and purpose — aligning it with strategy, communicating clearly, and leaving a strong impression on the right audience.

Calm, precise, and intuitive, Ana has the ability to extract emotion from every frame. Her visuals are clean, yet never empty — each one carries intention, rhythm, and a deep understanding of the audience it speaks to.

In most campaigns, she is the person behind the camera — leading shoots, setting the pace, and creating the atmosphere on set. When needed, she also steps in front of the camera, bringing naturalness and energy to the content, especially in UGC formats.
